Mother's Pudding
Add Fenugreek to either of these recipes to help with milk production and calorie intake after whelping.
Version 1:
1 package Vanilla Pudding (cooked kind).
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups milk, goats milk is best if you have it.
4 egg yolks
Cook on low heat to a pudding consistency. Feed by syringe if necessary.
Version 2:
If you do not have a package of vanilla pudding on hand, you can mix the following in a saucepan and cook to a pudding consistency.
2/3 cup sugar
6 tbsp. cornstarch
½ tsp salt
4 cups milk (or one can evaporated milk plus equal parts water to make quart)
4 egg yolks
3 tsp. vanilla
Feed with syringe, on spoon or let eat from bowl.

Puppy Weaning Food
1/4 cup kibble
1 cup warm water
1 scoop goats milk
Blend ingredients in blender until completely smooth.
Amount needed will vary based on litter and puppy size. Once they all begin eating the amount they eat will increase pretty quickly. This recipe can be multiplied.
Once everyone is eating this mix well I slowly, over at least a week, thicken it up until it is just water soaked kibble.
Once they are eating the softened kibble, slowly (over several days) add less and less water until it is crunchy kibble.
